तुझे सोचकर मुस्कुराना भी इश्क है,

तेरे प्यार में जीतकर हार जाना भी इश्क है,

हम तो बैठे है तेरे दीदार की तलब में

तेरे लिये बैठकर सारी रात आंसू बहाना भी इश्क है,

तेरी रूह से प्यार किया था मैंने

तेरे जिस्म की ना हवस थी मुझे,

पर प्यार में तेरे इस बदले हुए रुप को देखकर

अफ़सोस मनाना भी इश्क है,

तेरी यादों के सहारे ही जी लेंगे हम

पर तुझे चाहकर भी ना चाहने का बहाना इश्क है,

तेरी आँखों से ओझल होने के बावजूद

फिर से उनमें खो जाने का इरादा इश्क है,

तुम ना समझोगे कभी मेरी इस पाकिजा सी मोहब्बत को

पर फिर भी तुझे अपना समझकर तुझपे प्यार लुटाना इश्क है,

Tujhe sochkr muskurana bhi ishq hai,

Tere pyaar me jeetkar haar jaana bhi ishq hai,

Hum to baithe hai tere deedar ki talab me

Tere liye baithkr saari raat aansu bahana bhi ishq hai,

Teri rooh se pyaar kiya tha mene

Tere jism kisi naa hawas thi mujhe,

Pr pyaar me tere is bdle hue roop ko dekhkr

afsos mnaana bhi ishq hai,

Teri yaado k sahaare hee jee lenge hum

Pr tujhe chaahkr bhi naa chaahane kaa bahana ishq hai,

Teri aankho se aaujhal hone k baavjood

Fir se unme kho jaane ka irada ishq hai,

Tum na smjhoge kbhi meri is paakiza sii mohabbat ko

Pr fir bhi tujhe apna smjhkr tujhpr pyaar lutana ishq hai,
